We like the look and the heavy duty construction. They need to work on their packaging though. We received or mailbox and the way the box for the mailbox itself allows for movement during shipping so the paint on top of the mailbox was worn away when it arrived. We sent a return request and fortunately they sent another which arrived before we sent the first one back. The second unit had the same problem and was worse than the original. We ended up keeping the first anyway. I will just have to paint the peak at the top. All the need is some foam to prevent this. Its a shame because the box and pole itself is high quality. I also suggest getting some wd-40 and spraying it so it functions with ease. Without it the key was sticking and hard to open. My mailman also does not always put mail all the way in so it falls down in the box. Once on a very windy day our mail blew out and we have no idea what we lost. I only found out because luckily I was able to recover some of it.

Very well made, good finish, and easy to install! The only thing I would change are the bolts to attach the box, the ones sent with the post are a phillips head screw, and are hard to install from inside the box, should be a hex head so you can use a wrench on them.
