I love this mail box with the matching post. The only problem is the post needed to be a little taller to make up for what needed to be buried in the ground so it looks a little short. Otherwise it’s the nicest mailbox in my street

The mailbox arrived with a corner bent. The box wasn’t damaged, so it seemed like a quality control issue. The post, too, had issues, with scratches on it. We returned the items. Disappointed, since we were looking forward to installing this, and it seems like an attractive and sturdy item set.

I wanted a locking mailbox that was larger than average because I travel and didn't want mail accumulating in my smaller box on the busy street. I had it professionally installed. Concrete for posts was used, so the install was quick. The post is buried deeper than normal and the mailbox post sleeve adds a nice finish. The box is extremely secure. Very satisfied with this purchase.
