You can get your hand in through the top to get some mail out. Today I found the locked door inside completely bent, enough to get a hand in. The metal is not strong enough. We bought this a few months ago, but now worthless. Not very secure.

My neighbor & I both ordered this mailbox. Mine came first & was missing the keys! Neighbor’s came soon after & no keys! We both called the supplier directly & he had no interest in helping us! However, he did want to sell us keys directly, for $25 each! After returning mailboxes & re-ordering, the replacement mailboxes did have keys. No issues with the mailboxes themselves & installation is easy. Wonder why some are missing keys & why the supplier would charge $25 for a key that locksmiths charge $6 for?

Seems very sturdy and I expect it to stand up to the sun, rain & wind. There is a box insiden the mailbox that locks for letters, etc. On top of the locking section is room for magaizines, flyers etc. Pleased with this purchase/

Very heavy for a mailbox and should last long time. Actually the white is very pretty. I have noticed that the mail lady does not push the mail in the slot so it can falls down inside, instead it stays stuck so anybody can get to it. I am beginning to hate this mailbox more and more. I guess I need to stay outside and wait for the mail lady to show her how to put mail in it. Sometimes they just fold it or cram it in instead of putting it in the locking part so I just wasted a bunch of money because all someone has to do is open the box and get the mail out. Lots of times the mail is too wide to even fit in the slot even if they were to put it in right. If anyone wants to buy this from me, I will sell it. I hate it !!
