Post and mailbox, in general, seem like good quality. However, the flag is very flimsy and is attached by a cheap plastic piece that is sure to break in a few months. Also no screws were provided to attach the top post to the bottom piece -the part the is buried. Only a few screws were provided for the mailbox and the cross brace.

This thing was a pain in butt to put together. We had to bend it in 5 different places to get it to fit. Didn’t come with the all the hardware needed and it was missing a hole in the post to put it together. There was also no instructions in the box just a qr code for a video making it look much easier than it was. It didn’t tell us which bolts to put where and the few things it did tell us weren’t clear. Would highly recommend just going to a store. Will not be buying this again if I ever need a new one. Only plus’s side it looks nice and it came with the number on the box.

It is light but seems strong for its purpose on a rural route. It made the entrance to my home area look good, and it was easy to assemble and install with a hole digger and concrete.

So glad we decided to purchase this mailbox. It's easy to install and looks great! It didn't need to be painted and the manufacturer even puts your house numbers on it before they ship it! Just needed to buy some quick-drying cement.

Look. There are bad instructions and NO instructions. This mailbox has NO instructions.You receive a box. On this box are two irrelevant pictures which tell you nothing. In the box are a package of screws, nuts, and bolts of various shapes and sizes that do not match any of the irrelevant pictures on the box whence they came. So what is one to do? Venture to their website? Hah! Same lousy non-instructions as the box. Check YouTube? No such luck; no one has this mailbox.So you are left by your lonesome to fidget for hours and hours with post, arm, box, and mounting tray in some hopeless attempt to assemble this mess by using the simple yet frustrating process of elimination. Even then, once you figure out which bolt/screw goes where, you are not given the ideal order in which to assemble the various pieces---that instruction falls on your own judgment. Make one small miscalculation or mistake?... You receive the gift of starting over.I don't care whether this mailbox is good or not---it might be the best mailbox on the planet---but when you in the year 2024 don't include instructions either inside the box or on your website, or if you do include instructions but they do not match the parts given and tell you next to nothing, you earn a 1 Star Review. Negative stars if I could gift them....Lousy, lousy time.
