Excellent service by Clarus Crystal and high-quality product from Whitehall. My family and I are so pleased! Additionally, I highly recommend getting the Balmoral Mailbox Cuff (sold separately on Amazon) to go at the base of the post (see photo). It adds a beautiful decorative touch that completes the aesthetic.

The product is straight-up sturdy. You feel the quality as soon as you open the box. You may be wondering, but is it really worth the price? In my opinion, easily. The materials are going to last a lifetime. The size of this model (the Balmoral) is amazing for UPS packages (that my mailman previously left at the foot of the old mailbox, on the ground, where anyone could take them). I actually enjoy walking to my mailbox now. I never thought I'd say that. Plus, now that I like this so much, I actually take care of it (clean it regularly, apply car wax). Maybe the best part: it just looks stunning. My mailbox is by far the most beautiful on the street, and when you arrive at my house, it is a component of the first impression. Most of the other mailboxes on my street are the classic black boxes sitting on an exposed 4x4. They are leaning, cracking, and rusting. there is an occasional disgusting plastic mailbox that has faded in the sun. They all just look pathetic compared to mine.Be prepared to drill a few holes to mount the address plaques with the included hardware (in my opinion, so much better than simply gluing them on, which is common on many models). Don't skimp on the time you need to install it--take your time, follow the directions, make sure everything is level and at the correct distance from the curb.I bought the extra base cover for mine, and would recommend it.If you are on the fence about this because of the price, just buy it. For the effort you need to make to really install any maibox correctly, you may as well get one that you are going to love having made the effort for.

This is solid metal, even the flag, it is a nice large size. The custom address is beautiful.

Very impressive. Mailbox is super easy to assemble. Note: mine took quite a bit of muscle (sledgehammer with heavy wood block) to get the post sleeve over the 4 x 4 pressure treated post, being careful not to damage the top). Once that was in, BAM!!! All good. Looks amazing and very sturdy. Took about 2 weeks from order to delivery. Mine was missing the front emblem screw but had just the right size in my shop, so no problem. I give these folks an A+++++

It isn't installed in the ground yet. It was missing the cuff at the bottom of the post. It's in the instructions. The seller said they no longer include that piece and you can contact x to purchase it. I guess we'll try it without it. The box was assembled for the perfect place for the square cuff immediately I thought something was missing. The product is sturdy, well made. Instructions to assemble aren't that great. You have to be able to drill through metal so we had to get a special bit. And, you have to buy a post and get it 30" under ground so that has delayed things also. We were waiting on the cuff but sounds like we'll go without. I'm sure when it is finally up we'll be happy with it. The quality of the product is there.

This is a beautiful mailbox. Easy to assemble and customization looks amazing. Easy to install as well. Highly recommend. My parents and their neighbors both have this mailbox so I got one. HUGE space for the mail and I love the strong magnetic closure. 1000% curb appeal!

this product exceeded my expectations. It is very sturdy and easy to install. The door opens and does not fall all the way horizontal as meaning it stays open I would recommend this for anyone who wants an attractive mailbox. The personalize touch is great and easy to install. This company has their act together, which these days is refreshing. The mailbox, post and cuff were sent very quickly and were easy to put up. The address and initial plaques were sent a bit later since they had to be custom made. This is a very nice mailbox and stacks up against the best of them.....in fact, this might be the best of them as it is beautifully made and large. We got the bronze, which looked a bit green in the pics, but luckily it really is bronze and not green in color in person. We are very happy with the mailbox and the company's service.
