I really wanted to love this. Our family is very active, we play a lot of soccer. We are always looking for a little edge to help us improve--especially speed. The material is very flimsy. The first time we pulled it out of the box and ran, it ripped. It really didn't offer a lot of resistance either. We prefer our weighted bags to these parachutes for more resistance.
