Your cart is empty. How to use the adjust belt
On the backside, put the belt through the loop clip which close to the hook teeth( in your pic is the upper hole/slot), then go through the under hole, but please kindly notice that the belt should be wear from the backside. This is the right method if you do the wrong order maybe the belt easily slips right off.

This works better with a harness rather than the included waist belt. Overall, it works well and seems to match the price paid.

Loved the way it gets my heart pumping when I train with this product.Hated having to do adjustments to this before using it. To secure the belt on this, I used super glue on it. That's an ick for me.Overall, good product.

Well made! Super affordable. Just wish it came with a second belt so that both parachutes could be used separately as well. Other than that, it’s awesome! My boy uses it for speed training, and loves it. I am ordering a 2nd set.

My daughter uses it for training for fencing with saber. We saw that one of the best fencing club in USA uses it to train their athletes and we bought it right away. My daughter loves it, but of course it is not easy to run with them. it is easy to assemble them and run. She does herself and she is 10 years old not tall, I would say short girl. When my daughter takes a break I run myself with these parachutes. So they perfectly fit kids and adults.

Our 15 y/o grandson is a runner, and bought this to provide a better training tool. He runs with it in the park, and gets compliments and people asking him about it all the time. In the six months since he's had it, I can say he looks more defined, and certainly it has helped with his running routine/endurance. Came in a nice carry pouch that fits into the front pocket of his backpack very easily. Lightweight, but sturdy.

Pretty darn good! Sometimes it would twist and tangle after running a few times, but easy to undo. Me and my friends had a blast. Great for training
