They are a little flimsy — making it somewhat difficult to get the sausage to hold its shape.

These are a little small but are really nice molds. I use them to freeze fruit puree that I then turn into shaved ice. They feed into my ice shaver very well. I could see these making really good sausages, too!

I bought these to make my own homemade sausages (sweet skinless sausages) It works very well for that purpose. They are easy to clean. I wish it was even bigger , but I'm still happy with this product. Nice silicone molds can help prep and put in the fridge until you're ready to cook sausages. Great well made molds.

I bought them to try and make my own more natural and leas fatty breakfast sausages. And these silicone shells work great. It comes with several plastic bags like for icing, except this one is for meat. You put your ground meat mixture in it cut the end and then squeeze into the molding. I haven’t cooked my sausages in these molds, i just put it in the freezer and then take them out (the mold are soft so its easy to take out the frozen sausages m) and then fry them for breakfast. The size is of a little bigger than breakfast sausage. I love them so much that i went to buy 3 more so i can do bulk freezing.

I got these molds to make homemade chicken hot dogs. I was a little disappointed because the mold cavities are pretty small, more on the breakfast sausage size than a hot dog size.They worked well other than the size. They all flexible silicone and easily cleaned.

Although these were advertised for making sausages, they also make great ice cubes and purées for both smoothies and things to easily fit inside of a water bottle. I’m super happy with these, and making the links themselves was pretty easy. It is more difficult than I thought to keep the lid on, but they are easy to clean and fit nicely inside the freezer. Standard sized breakfast, sausage links, and are perfect for all of our needs!

No more eating sausage and sausage full of preservatives. * They are not pretty, but the taste is excellent. Hahaha Recipe I followed: 800g minced meat 150 g of smoked bacon 4 large grated carrots 1 big onion 2 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons cornstarch 100 ml of water (to dilute cornstarch) spices to taste You can include or replace some ingredients to make a chicken or vegan sausage, for example. Recipe: blend everything in the food processor in small parts to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed. If you have a powerful blender you can use that too. Once ready, pre-cook in the air fryer or preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 180° If you are going to eat it right away, remove it from the mold and let it bake for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you are going to freeze it, remove it from the mold and let it cool beforehand. This recipe yields 40 sausages. 🤩 I made a hot dog with them and it was delicious 😋
