Different Uses!
The rings are perfect for shaping foods such as rice and mashed potato and are ideal for neatly layering vegetables and other ingredients - try mini lasagnes and cottage pies, or layered Mediterranean vegetables for starters. Or, impress with elegant mini desserts such as cheesecakes, mousse, tiramisu and terrines. The rings can also be used to make neatly formed fried eggs - just be careful of scratches if your pan is non-stick.
1. Before first use and after each use, wash the mold in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry completely or place in dishwasher. Never use abrasive soaps or scouring pads. For best results, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Prior to each use, place the mold on or inside the pan using Medium-High heat, bottom side down. For 1 minute, apply pressure with a spatula to ensure product is in full contact with pan surface during this 1 minute curing process.Repeat on opposite side.
3.The above process will help ensure, during use, total surface contact between the mold and cooking surface for no leakage from the flat bottom rings.

These are really a play play version of a real stainless steel mold. I was very disappointed because originally from the picture, I think the design looked very functional however, in hand, it was a very thin and flimsy one or two or even bent out of the box. If you’re a perfectionist in the kitchen, this is not for you

The rings are on the light side and did not keep the batter in. It leaked out from underneath. This was a thick brownie batter but leaked during baking. I will use them for other things like mousse or entremets though. Disappointed with how light and thin they are.

I baked brioche buns for sandwich, and it worked very well as you can see it in a picture. Ring mold is thicker than I expected, steady, and very nice quality. As some reviewer said, seam is not totally round. So, I pushed with it gentle pressure from inside to made it round. Also, one reviewer talked about stick inside. I usually put parchment paper inside to use ring mold. I really like this mold since price is very good, yet quality is very good too.

I felt that these were a bargain and have a difficult time understanding how others can charge twice as much for the same thing. I made Japanese Souffle pancakes with these and my only problem was getting a spatula under the ring to flip them over. They are really even on the bottom. Excellent.

These arrived in a protective box inside a padded envelope, so I received them in perfect condition. They're the right gauge and weight for making mini layered cakes and other molded desserts, which is primarily why I bought them. Excellent value for the price. I have a heavy gauge large ring, but don't need such a heavy gauge for these small ones. I read some reviews that say the plunger doesn't fit, or is rough around the edges. I don't have this problem at all. While the rings are not perfectly round, I don't think anyone would notice in the finished cakes. If you're looking for precise, perfect round, you'll need to increase your budget quite a bit. The heavier duty rings are substantially more expensive and are typically sold individually rather than in sets. For my needs, that would be like ordering a cocktail gown for a kid's birthday party.

I use these for crumpet rings. They are a good size, seem well made, and were the best deal for the price I saw on amazon.I sprayed them lightly, and the crumpets came out after I turned them with any sticking.I haven't even needed to use the little pushers that came with them, although if I make cakes in them I may need to.I am quite pleased with this purchase.

Wanted baking molds to make Florentines, so they would look more like normal round cookies than sunny side up eggs.It took some trial & error, but the last batch worked.Things I learned along the way:The pressers don't always fit and sometimes go down without a scraping sound and beware the edges are sharp-have Band-Aids readyDon't rule out a light greasing for easy removalSoak in a large bowl of soapy water for easier cleanupWash before using, one of the rings oozed out a white globDon't expect all the rings to be perfectly round, a few were askew, but could be gently bent into shapeBought 2 sets and am pretty happy with them, just don't know what I can do with the pressers

Some ring sets come with only one "pusher" but this one has one for each ring which gives you more versatility. Good quality. Made some super fancy individual desserts that were actually really easy with these rings!
