The hinges are strong and sturdy. No issues installing. The packaging wasn't that great. Some of the screw packaged were opened with the screws floating loosely in the box (one had the pointed end sticking out of the shipping box). Even with that, I'd buy these again if needed.

These black hinges look great, and came with matching black screws. Unfortunately even though they came in a sturdy cardboard box, some skell had ripped open one end of the box(impossible that it happened because of transit, box was really well made) got in touch with customer service, explained someone has taken out some of the hinges, really nice lady took my info and I received a package with replacement hinges (great customer service. Only complaint (minor) is though the replacement hinges were perfect, they didn’t come individual wrapped like the original order and the screws that came with these were beat up, some partially painted black, steel showing original ones were well packaged and totally black, think that replacement orders get the factory defect screws and packaging, least for mine. Still recommended, they are nice, you probably never pay attention to your hinges but the black really looks nicer than the brass I had. Ps. if you have heavy duty entry door hinges like I did, rustoleum flat/matte black spray paint 8 bucks, six hinges, cost of new matte hinges same type, 15 bucks each, DIY,no brainer, looks exactly the same. Wasn’t going to do that with the amount of interior door hinges I had, price was worth it to just buy these.

Got the 48 pack. As previously mentioned, the hinges were thicker than the old ones so we had to recut the hinges in the doors which took a lot of extra time. However, once we figured this out it was fairly straight forward. Great product and value. Just bought some more and hoping they are thinner for the 36 pack!

We recently moved into a house and all the brass on the doors is overwhelming. It needs to go, so i began to research options. I came across these beauties. I was a tad skeptical because of the low price point. However, these did not disappoint one big. The are the perfect color of black, a nice matte finish and very sturdy. I feel they should come with some kind of lubrication for the hinge pins, but you can accomplish that with a little bit of Vaseline. Never use WD-40. They install very easily into old hinge locations. I will be purchasing more as we revamp all the doors in the house.
