I would say I am an avid diy-er and this has definitely added to my many DIY projects. The guides are pretty precise, so it it makes my cutting clean, even recesses for hinges and latches really easy. It comes with all bits you need, and the adjustable templates save sooooo much time compared to measuring everything by hand. I was able to install some new preloved looking doors in no time! Also the hinges lined up perfectly without the guesswork. The apparatus itself in your hand feels durable, so I know it will last me through tons of projects. In my opinion it’s beginner-friendly but still solid enough for more advanced work, which I appreciate. If you’re doing any door installations that require making holes in a door or frame this kit is makes the whole process way faster and more accurate.
