A lot of thought went into the design and build of these boxes. The brackets are adjustable for thin and thick rails but strong to hold up these buckets. There is a water gauge but since water varies in soil you will want to double check. At 20 inches wide they look good on the wall. It is a bit cold now so we put some artificial flowers in it for now.

These are better than I expected but also a bit bigger than I expected. They are well built and come with great brackets so you can put them on railings of many sizes. But I had planned to put them on a balcony deck and despite the great brackets I was worried about them falling because they are quite big. Once soil and water is put into them I felt more comfortable putting them on the deck. They are well made and I like the basketweave pattern on the front. It is plastic but it doesn't look cheap and it will hold up well outside. It's still a little cold for flowers but they are ready to go when the season warms up!
