Umh it's pictured that it has the option for the banister hooks. Nope just comes with screws. Good luck. Now I just got them on the ground against the wall. Shame

Used for indoor wall decor so I don't have an outdoor review. Never the less, the quality of the metal is surprisingly quite thick. Recommend!

We did a major (I mean, MAJOR) landscaping overhaul this summer and we installed these planters on a section of fence that just needed a bit of oomph....and boy did this do the trick! It looks beautiful mixed with multiple different plants, vines, herbs and I get SOOOO many compliments from visitors.Would have given 5 stars, but by the time I installed them, a couple of the grass material inserts had gotten a little bunched up and was very difficult to mold to the basket for planting. It very well could have been how I stored them, but not quite sure about that. All worked out in the end with a bit of extra work. Great purchase!

This is a lightweight flower box, perfect as an accent whether sitting on a table or attached to a railing. The metal frame is somewhat thin and lightweight, with spot welds at junctions. While this planter does not match the quality of some heavy duty metal planters, it is an attractive and affordable option for dressing up your space. In a covered location, this will probably last much longer than if exposed to the elements. I found the cocoa mat liner does a good job retaining moisture.

These worked perfectly for me. I looked at a lot of different types. I love these. The only thing I didn’t understand about these was that you have to screw them into your wood. I had no problem with that. I only put a couple screws in each one and they worked perfectly that for someone who can’t screw them into the deck it would not work for you without buying brackets.

There are no hooks for a balcony rail. If the balcony rail is wood, it would be possible to use the screws (floating loose in the Amazon box). The screws should be taped inside the bag of the planter box and the bag should be sealed, but neither of those were the case. Overall, it's a nice planter box, and I would love to use it, but I really don't have a way to put it on my metal balcony rail.
