These took just minutes to install with 2 screws as hooks. They are well made, look nice, and replaced some worn out, torn up wood flower boxes that were a hot mess. I love how clean they look now.

It was easy to plant the things I wanted. Definitely have to use sturdy zip ties. Will see how they hold up.

I loved these so much I ordered an additional 4 to add to my original 8. They are exactly as described, easy to install using either screws or clips into vinyl siding. I have received many compliments on how much they add to the look of my house. I can't recommend them enough.

The LaLaGreen Window Box Planter is just as cute as depicted in the product pictures! I really like the flower design!The basket is well made and feels sturdy. It is as pictured and described - 12 inches and no included hardware to attach it, but at less than $10, I'm not bothered by that. Plus, unlike my other rail baskets, this versatile little planter is flat on the bottom, making it perfect to sit atop a table. The back is also flat and is ready to mount as I choose.The included coconut coir liner fits this little basket perfectly! It is well made and unlike many such liners, it has no loose stringy bits.If you're unfamiliar with coconut coir liners, they are beneficial and help provide water retention as well as aeration to the plants. Over the years, and in my moderate climate with frequent windy days, I have found that some plants love these coconut liners while others do not, so do your research for your area and conditions, of course.Overall, I really like this versatile little planter! Right now, and during the Christmas season, I kept this little planter indoors, took the liner out, and placed cinnamon pine cones inside along with some battery-operated ball lights. Cute, fun, and festive!I'm making plans for spring so I will order more of these LaLaGreen Window Box Planters. The price is reasonable, and along with some pretty flowers, this planter would make a cute and thoughtful gift.

This is a lovely window basket! The black metal finish appears to be solid and I love the floral design of the metal box. It is a small box, approximately 12” L x 6” W top x 5” H; you supply the screws for hanging it. The back is horizontal for placement on a wall and the front angles outward.The coir is really solid and clean. It’s not very thick so you will add more. I’ve been potting with coir anyway, adding fertilzers and lime.My intent is to plant mint or some other herb in it outside my front door. However, this basket is so cute right now (it’s winter here) that I started using it to hold Christmas cards. I have many indoor plants also and it would look great in my window. So maybe I will line it with plastic after the holidays and stash some houseplants in it. If the basket holds up to rust and weather conditions this will be an exceptional value. May be back for more.

Really like the classy look. Feels very sturdy, I'm sure it will hold up with soil in it. I did notice that the front side of the metal box has an uneven, soldered seam (normally it should be hidden in the back) which isn't the best for looks, but won't affect performance. The coconut coir insert could stand to be thicker. You can see how thin some areas are when held up to a light. As thin as it is, it might only last one season before having to replace the insert. All in all I still like it.

There were several reasons why I found this planter to be very special. What first caught my attention was the cut-out floral design across its front and sides. It is unusual to find one that is so fancy and pretty. Next was the thick, tightly woven coir liner that precisely fit the container. No scraggly pieces hanging loosely out of the sides. And then there was the variety of ways in which it could be used to display one’s flowers. Because the bottom is flat, it sits securely on a deck or patio ledge, or even on the front porch steps to brighten up an entryway. The back is also flat, making it possible to attach it to the side of a house underneath a window, thus giving the appearance of a window-box. Then there was the over-all quality of the planter. The powder-coating on the thick, iron metal should keep it free of rust, thus making it sure to last for years. Come spring, when I sow my flower seeds, I will fasten it to the fence that runs along the side of my flower beds with strong zip ties. So much to like with so many possibilities.

This is small but well made and attractive. The coir padding is thick enough for outdoor planting, though I plan to line this with a plastic layer and grow herbs indoors in it instead. It's just the right size for a basil planter in a kitchen window. The metal feels durable, not cheap, and the base is wide enough that it doesn't feel unstable (while still being narrow enough to sit on a window sill inside a typical house). I don't think you need to worry about the paint peeling anytime soon, but since I haven't put this outdoors to test that, I can't speak to the longevity of the coating. No visible flakes, scratches or rust on the frame yet, though, and the stamped pattern is really classy. Very happy with this planter.
