This is a fantastic product, Ive always been skeptical of this but got tired of using a rod and clothe wipes, so thought what the heck let's give it a try. End result is I love the ease it makes cleaning the note. Highly recons this product

Note that item is not as depicted, but it is the correct Hoppes Boresnake for 6.5mm, .257, .264 caliber.Item as depicted is the model for shotgun with the leading tuft of material ahead of the “snake”…this is not present on the item received, but is not supposed to be for the rifle Boresnake models.Looks like seller simply used the wrong image…so not a complaint…but mor of an FYI or FWIW.

Cheap and easy to use. Last forever. Not much to complain about with boresnakes. They clean well and are easy to store.

I have one of these for every caliber in my cabinet, they work well for a quick and dirty cleaning. I like this that comes with the box, I have a couple without and this is exceptionally more handy to keep track of.

I have one of these for every caliber I own and they live in my range bag. They are durable and easy to wash for reuse and do a decent job of keeping your barrel clean. Out of the 5 I own, I've had one flaw. The brass pull on one of them came off the first time I used it. I hit it with some gorilla glue and it hasn't come off again since.To wash these, I recommend a small laundry bag so you can safely throw them in the washer without them getting wrapped around your agitator. They can also be washed by hand quite easily. Let them air dry. This guy is quite useful for 22lr as it is notorious for dirtying a barrel very quickly. I do recommend you do your deep cleaning with an actual brush set at home though.
