Bought as gift for sister, works very well, stores a good amount of yarn, keeps them off the floor where her dog eats them. Hangs on back of door with ease.

my daughter crochets. I purchased this for her off her wish list. She had been searching for one locally and wasn’t able to find one. She absolutely loved it. It was super easy to assemble. Basically unfolded it. It saved so much storage space. It was easy to just hang up. perfect size for the back of the door. very lightweight.

A nice way to store and protect yarn. Comes with hardware to mount to a door or wall.I have mine on the back of my craft room door. I would have purchased more than one if I had more room to hang another one.

This is awesome for storing yarn. The only downsides are you have to be really careful when zipping up sides to make sure you don't catch yarn in it (to be expected). Also, the over the door hooks scratched my door pretty badly and they are bulky enough that the door wouldn't close with them on. I bought some separate over the door hooks and they work great though. There were also some hooks to hang directly on the wall, but no instructions and didn't look very secure. But overall, this was everything I hoped for.

I bought this to replace a similar yarn organizer with open front pockets and mesh side pockets that my cat has learned to climb. I was worried that she was going to mess up my yarn so the closed zipper pockets was a big selling point for me.It arrived today so I put it up on my door and noticed three problems pretty quickly. It doesn't fit the giant skeins from Joann's very well. I was able to get two in a pocket but I had to jam them in so I'm not excited about it. I also have some additional skeins that fit in my previous organizer that does not fit in this one. Which would not be so bad...ExCePt the third problem, and a more major issue to me, is the bottom pocket. There is a gap at the bottom that makes it very easy for little paws to get into the pocket. So I basically can't use that one for anything I'm worried the cats might drag out and destroy.It still has a lot of good points going for it. The material is very sturdy and there is no way for my cat to scale the sides. While it doesn't hold everything I want it to, it does hold most of the yarn, even though I can't use the bottom section for yarn storage. And there is the zippers running up both sides of the organizer.

I just got this today, so haven't used it much. I like the clear plastic front, so I can see all of my yarn options. I like that there are zippers on each side, but I wish that there were two-way zippers. If I want to get yarn from the top pocket, I have to unzip the entire side and risk having yarn fall out of the bottom shelves if they are very full. There were no instructions on how to put the hooks in place. The placement of the holes towards the front of the organizer makes one think that it is wrong, the sides don't go all the way down to the bottom, so I suppose dust and animal hair could still find their way onto your yarn. The option to hang it from either a wall or a door is nice. The hooks that were included did not work with my door. I had to force the door closed, and it looked like it was warping, so I swapped out the hooks with other over the door hooks that will work with my door. As those hooks are larger where they attach to the organizer, it does not lay flat against the door like it should. I may need to play around with the hooks and see if i can figure out other options to have the organizer hang from my door. I will have to see if the zippers hold up to long term use. Overall, a nice idea, it gets my yarn out of the reach of my pets. It's better than leaving my yarn in bags or boxes that are challenging to see into and organize.

When we received this item it was apparent right away that the hanging holes were on the wrong side (window side) and should be on the back side. We are in the process of reordering because other than the defective holes it seems to be a decent storage unit for yarn. The defect is why only 2 stars hopefully the one we reordered has the holes on the right side.
