I bought these to replace some gold hinges. Quality is great, size is exact, and install was easy. I left the door up and replaced one hinge at a time and filled the holes with toothpicks before installing new. Easy peasy.

I used them on all my interior doors. They look awesome, work great, and were super affordable. No squeaks and super durable.

I liked these so much that got a second set without a specific project in mind. The Stainless Steel Ball Bearing Hinges exceeded expectations. The sturdy feel of these heavy-duty hinges stands out. Constructed with robust stainless steel, they ensure smooth operation with ball bearings. The matte black finish adds a touch of sophistication. Easy installation and reliability make these hinges a practical choice for anyone prioritizing a sturdy feel, durability, and a sleek look for their doors. Highly recommended.

I have replaced a lot of hinges in our house to change the color to black on our hardware, and these are by far the highest quality ones I have seen and I picked these for the exterior doors. The screws are just as high quality, don't strip easily, and are 1.25" long so they go deeper into the wood than the 3/4" screws that came with the cheap-o hinges that came with my home. The one problem I ran across is that like some other hinges the hinge plates do not sit flat against each other when the door is closed, but have a gap of about .08" between them, which makes the overall thickness of this hinge when closed .35". This may not sound like much of a gap, but it caused my door to sit 1/16" further away from the hinge side of the frame when I installed it, which made the door hit the door frame when it closed. So this is just something to be aware of - if you are replacing existing cheap-o hinges with these, the door will end up 1/16" closer to the strike plate so if your door is already tight on the strike plate side you will have to mortise these hinges 1/16" deeper into the door frame (or the door) to compensate.

I bought these to install a 150lb door.Overall they are very nice. The bearings are excellent. The hinge is stiff and has no free play. I like that. Two negativesThe holes are all over the place. I used one hinge as a template to drill 24 holes. None of the other hinges line up. You may think that silly of me, but I've never had any problems with that with standard household door hinges from places like Home Depot. They have ALWAYS been consistent enough not to worry about that. The finish scratches EASILY. Having them in box together with some other parts really scratched them up. Sad indeed. One regretI was recently at the hospital and they have ginormous heavy duty hinges on all of the hospital doors. That's what I wanted. A commercial heavy duty hinge. These are somewhere in between. They'll work though. If they suit your needs, I wouldn't "not" buy them. Just know the holes are different and don't scratch them.

These seemed to be heavy, quality hinges, however, the pin cannot be removed. Where I was going to use these hinges, I need to be able to remove the pin, so I return them. I would order them again in a different situation.
