Just what we wanted. A copper flower box to tie in with our copper vents to dress up the front of our cottage. The first box arrived and it was the wrong size. A cal to customer service and they picked up the wrong box and sent a new one all within three days. No questions and very gracious. Appreciate that kind of service and kindness. Love it!
