I live in an apartment, so these were perfect for hanging flower boxes from the oddly shaped railings, which were very wide at the top. Took some time to assemble and to figure out which way I wanted to put the screws in, but they are working perfectly! No tools needed, and very adjustable.

The main issue I have with this product is that it comes in multiple similar pieces, and there were no directions included. They were impossible to put together and at this point it’s sitting in a box in my closet, cause I can’t use it.

Why oh WHY were there no installation instructions included? THIS IS ABSURD!!! I don't know how to put it all together and am searching online for instructions!! By rights I should just return everything because I don't know how put everything together. If I cannot do it then I will send it all back and buy something that has instructions. This may be a very good product, but with no installation instructions I will never know......
