They send me a "used" chair, at least it was put together more than once, there was light markings on chair and wear on the openings where you put in the screws--I wasn't too happy about that. I decided to still put it together and it's comfortable enough for me that I will most likely keep it bc i dont want to deal with returning it and waiting for another one to arrive. I shouldve got a discount though for getting a product that was returned ...

The chair was easy to assemble. I like the leather on the chair. I think it’s real feels nice and now we’ll see how it holds up.

Works great but the plastic piece inside the strut that makes the chair move up and down broke. I’m pretty handy so I was able to fix it but putting a metal rod inside of it but who knows how long that will last

The chair is sturdy works great. The holes were not properly aligned during assembly so extra tools were needed to manipulate the parts together.
