I have never sat in a more comfortable chair. I had read many reviews from people saying not to buy a gaming chair because they were uncomfortable and that office chairs were better. I tried several office chairs all making me feel tired just sitting in them. This chair however makes me want to sit down the whole day. I feel so relived coming home to sit on this chair. I recommend the XL if you are larger.Very stable and I am super happy with the purchase!

椅子太高了，写着170-189适用，但是我180的身高，最低高度居然脚很难着地，坐垫是那种硬但是没弹性的感觉

Packaging was the best I ever seen, assembly was the easiest I have ever seen, adjustability is the best I have ever seen, headrest most comfortable I have ever used, back is the firmest you'll ever find (works great for me), seat very firm, I need a cushion (boney derriere). I found the armrest too hard for me; I have ordered their softer ones (they should include that as an option when ordering). I ordered my chair directly with Secretchair more color options). Overall, I am incredibly happy with this purchase, now if I could only get the cheaper knock off back in the box to return it. lol

My lower backs hurts and I wake up in the middle of the night with pain. I try to adjust the chair, but nothing is working.I guess now, that I am going have to get a cushion for this 700.00 chair. SMH

Comfort wise, the chair is excellent.Design wise also excellent.Quality control and customer service, sub pair. Both hinges on my chair were misaligned out of the box, only found this out when the magnetic covers kept popping off.I have had to repair my own chair with barely any instruction from customer support.I finally got the backrest hinge covers to fit after adjustments being made, but now I still cant get the backrest level with the rest of the chair. If I adjust the hinges, then the magnet covers dont fit at all. Got to say for the price of the chair, I am disappointed with the QA checks / After service.

My wife is a Witcher fan. She saw this chair and went nuts. I saw this chair and was super impressed. I saw how many times she looked at this chair in history. I bought the chair, and there was fresh baked bread and sandwiches all around. :)For the basics: The chair is superb quality. It is adjustable in so many ways that it fits her perfectly where SO many chairs we've tried for her don't. Especially getting the arm height and width right for her to be comfortable while gaming.Cons: Seat is firm - works great for her, but for me I can't take it after a couple hours. Although I have to admit I'm less sore-backed than my chair. Arms are also firm. However, you can also swap out padded arm tops (which we have and they work fantastic).Overall: Couldn't be happier with the purchase. It is expensive, but it is light years better than any other chair we've bought for half, the same, or even more in price, trying to find a good chair over the years.
