The tilt adjust/lovk just breaks after a few months of normal use. After the return window was closed of course it’s extremely frustrating and disappointing.. I wrote a several messages to the company through Amazon, but it’s a dud no one ever writes back. I highly recommend. Do not get this chair and do not trust the seller!!

My son was excited to receive this chair for Christmas. While putting it together, we noticed that we were missing a couple of washers that are needed to secure the chair arms to the chair. One arm had the washers, but the other arm did not. We were able to find our own washers to use, but the arm seems a little wobbly. Overall the chair seems good, but would've like to have received all the parts that we needed to properly assemble.

The chair was easy and fast to assemble. The size is standard. It reclines easily with an option to lock the position into place and seems sturdy. The color is a perfect pink.

I bought this chair thinking that since I am a tall and not too overweight individual it would be perfect for me. Assembly was easy and quick and the chair overall looked sturdy and decent. Problem number 1 was that putting the very flimsy armrests on popped and tore the material surrounding them and yes I was careful. Did i also mention the armrests are flimsy? Problem number 2 the material on the armrest has worn down from normal use within just a few months. It is now bare elbow on hard plastic! The travesty! Finally, while using my big guy gaming chair one day i leaned back from my sitting forward position to the back rest of the chair welcomed by a large crunch and the back snapping in half. It's still held together by the material but is functionally useless if you, you know, want to use it as a chair. I am well within the weight limit of the manufacturers specifications i might add. The topping on the cake is this is a non-returnable item AND the manufacturers website is FAKE. Trying to submit a email auto redirects to a spam website. How do I get this fixed? Refund? Questions I'd really like answered by someone.

It was easy to put it together and it had been serving me well until 6 months later when it had been losing stability and pieces would come apart. The quality is decent for the price but it'd only last for less than a year until it slowly loses functionality and comfort, wouldn't recommend if you were to buy this as your first gaming chair.
