Chair is nice, however, it doesn't recline back like the product says it will.

1. Missing pieces. "H" was missing, so the foot rest can not be mounted. The product listing support page URL is empty so I can not request these missing pieces.2. Mis-drilled holes. The armrest attachment screws was misaligned so one of the armrests could not be mounted. Arm rests are required on this model as they hold the back in place. I could work around this.3. The thin leather is stretched taut over sharp metal so it ripped by the armrest attachment point after all of one day. See photo.This is not the worst "gaming chair" I've seen, but it's pretty bad. The only positive note I have is that the 5-pointed base that the wheels attach to is in a single piece. Some even worse chars have them being six separate wobbly pieces.

If you ever wanted a nostalgia trip back in highschool, where you had to sit in absurdly uncomfortable plastic chairs; than this is the one for you.It's a little deceptive how the image appears to be imitating a lot of the more reputable brands of gaming chairs. It feels like I'm sitting on a boulder. There is zero cushioning whatsoever. Not only that but the chair is already falling apart less than a month of having it. I'm not rough with it nor am I severely obese or anything (250 lbs).The arm rest just broke off and I got a good look at the "internals" it's all just metal and (I'm not kidding) styrofoam. Complete sham. Better off saving an extra hundred bucks and spending it on something more real. The fake leather isn't even thick, it's paper thin.

Me and my son were taking the chair out of the box and started setting it up. We then noticed the two rips that were there, it was his birthday gift so I would like to get this resolved.

If i could rate it 0 stars, I would. Not worth the purchase. Arrived damaged, missing parts, and with bent pieces. If you try to contact the manufacturer, they site doesn't offer an email and has a form that when you hit the submit button the link is broken so you can not submit any concerns with an order to see if they can help with replacements. They do list a phone number which is never available with representatives and automatically has a prompt for you to leave your name, phone number, and email address. Worst service experience from amazon on the delivery and on the manufacture for not having an easy way to contact.
