This handrail is exceptionally well-built! I installed it in our attic for a pull-down stair set, securing it to the floor next to the top of the stairs. It provides a safe and stable handle, making an otherwise precarious transition much safer. My wife used to dread going up to the attic, but this handrail has completely eliminated her fear. It's a game-changer for our home!

Was good quality and finish is nice. Came with all the hardware I installed it going into the garage and anchored it the the door frame. Holds nice and firm.

This is seriously strong. It’s heavy and before installation you could hurt someone with it. So you can use it with no worries about it not being sturdy enough to keep you from falling. The description on amazon says concrete or wood installation, but the instructions imply you could use a drywall or Sheetrock surface. I would not agree. It needs a secure surface for installation. If you are wanting to put on a drywall or Sheetrock surface, you will need wall anchors. But love that this gives me stability no matter if just stepping over a threshold or assisting me for standing up from my wheelchair.

Strong and easy to mount. Make a perfect hand grip to help make access easier to doorways that may have a step up. Perfect for those that need the extra bit of stability at entryways. Handsome look that does not detract from the appearance of one's home

I have a couple of steps that go from my patio door to the patio itself. As I have a balance disorder I often use a handrail when going down steps. There is no wall to put a railing on. This was the perfect solution for my problem. It is the perfect length for a couple of steps and attaches to the house next to the door. It is sturdy but not too heavy. It comes with self tapping screws and sinkers. I don't think the sinkers would hold well in a sheet rock wall but the screws worked fine for me since the wall is wood. Took me no more than ten minutes to put it up from opening the box to finish. I thought it might look strange sticking out of the back of the house but is looks fine.

Installed yesterday in a rental that had three steps that went into the garage, and being rather nimble, I had never even thought about a hand rail there, but after a new renter moved in and mentioned it, I realized it should have one. Easy to install, I bolted up and additional 2x4 to where it was going to go in, to insure the screws got a good bite on both sides, and then I also stepped up to 3 inch carriage bolts and bolted the handrail on. Looks great, and doesn't look overwhelming at all. Super pleased with it!
