I've had many bad experiences with suction cups - they seem so simple and fail safe...and yet are anything but. So glass planters on suction cups seemed risky to say the least.But with these, I've had zero problem! Not one has ever fallen. I love that they each have two and I love that each planter comes with colorful crystals or a soil packet. They're super cute.My only problem was losing some of the fantastic suction cups and not wanting just any replacement. I contacted customer service on the off chance but really doubting I would hear back.But no, they responded right away and were extremely generous with their replacements!Thank you so much! Such good customer service goes a long way for me and I truly appreciate you taking care of a small but extremely annoying problem!

I returned this product. They were super cute but right in the package insert it stated that this has a tendency to fall from the window it’s suctioned to? Glass containers were heavy, pebbles would add weight, & didn’t want to risk them falling & shattering. Lighter pots or heftier suction cups needed!

Lovely product but 2 out of the 4 suction cups were deformed and thus, lack suction to adhere to anything. I'm trying to request 2 replacement cups be sent, as the rest of the order is fine and not worth the hassle of the return process. Not exactly an easy way to go about that simple request, so here I am.

These would be better it they were plastic. The glass has broken on almost all of these. The suction doesn't seem to last and they have broken as they have fallen.

These little plant pots are super cute, and they seem to hold to my window very well. Perfect for small plants that need a lot of light and saves space on the window sill for more plants!

I added air plants. Killed one plant already (probably my fault) or perhaps the window proximity makes it too cold during midwest winters. Relocated to an interior wall, where they adhere well on ceramic tile sink backsplash. Found a great $ store fake sedum and in a minute, resized it to fill one formerly occupied by dead plant. It's a little eye candy while I stand by my windowless sink, yet again, washing dishes. Expandable soil pellet and water holding micro-dots included. One has drainage hole, one does not. You can easily change this and directions are actually helpful.

I really do love these, super cute and make a wonderful gift. I was also very happy with the way they were packaged as to not get damaged.
