I found and ordered this part on August 6th and it came within a few days. Replacement part worked great, but then went out about a month later. Reached out to the seller and they were very helpful. They sent out replacement part the next day.

New controller works as described. Most important issue when ordering, be sure serial numbers perfectly match unit being replaced. Product descriptions are not always precise, numbers are.

My original part shorted out with a burning smell and stopped the fan, the light worked for a few seconds then stopped as well. Installed this new one a month ago, everything has been working great, exact match to the factory.

An expert told me the problem was the fan motor and could not be repaired. However the problem was the remote control sensor which I replaced.
