It’s much cheaper than popular brands, and yeah… it’s serviceable. The frustrating thing is that it’s almost great. The onboard hex wrench is great. Feels good. Looks nice. However, it’s a pain to take on or off my rig (bmpcc with tilta cage), and the handle still shakes slightly when everything is tightened due to poor construction. It’s not a lot, but even the slightest shake of a handle doesn’t evoke a lot of confidence when it’s supporting thousands of dollars of equipment. It’s unfortunate that these seemingly slight imperfections separate it from an $80 handle. It’s a perfectly adequate handle for the price, and it’s $60 you can put to something more important than a side handle.

I like this handle so far, seems sturdy enough. I did have to tighten the top plate with a allan key.It's small but the rosette allows it to be angled 90 degrees forward, so instead of being a up-down side handle it can be a sort of front-back side handle (if that makes sense). Useful to stabilize video for when your shooting 'underarm' with the top handle.The two mounting screws are a tad long though for my smallrig cage so I had to add two 1mm thick, 12mm diameter washers to space out the screws so it wouldn't jiggle. Hope that helps
