I am not a wood worker, however very good at project assembly. Believe these bits well made. Believe they are what I need to remedy an assembly problem of ordered stacking tables that I did NOT attempt assembly till long after my product return date had expired. Will add pictures LATER.

The major problem with these drill bit is that the point is the first contact of the bit with the wood- and it is not sharp at all. I mean, I pushed with all my body weight into 16mm plywood and it took me 30 seconds the punch through simply because the drill bit is slowly making a cone in the middle of the hole and not drilling.The edges seems pretty sharp but I bought other set for 10$ more and it worth every penny. Don't bother with this one.

I purchased this set so that I could install Furniture Connecting Cam Lock Fittings. While I only needed one size bit, I opted to purchase this set. Great value, Great Quality and nice storage box to protect them. I highly recommend.

These Forstner Drills came very well presented in a sturdy box with fastner. The box contained five drills and two Allen keys. I just stuck a magnet inside the lid to hold the Allen keys in plain view and safe. The drills are mounted in individual cradles. You might have to fit a length of timber in place of the supporting piece of foam rubber that holds the drills in their cradles.I haven't had occasion to use the drills yet so cannot quote on the sharpness of the tools. I am impressed by the measuring depth aids printed on the shafts of the drills. These allow you to set the depth of cut by using a stop collar to a depth of 40mm in 1mm increments.

About what you would expect for the low price point. Not very sharp or durable, will probably need to be replaced after maybe a year of use. At least they were cheap.

If you want something to drill holes quick and dirty this is the right bit, the depth stop is kinda flimsy something but it works most of the time.
