I ordered this and tried it, seemed to work but once I zeroed my sight in and moved my Sig P365 XMacro and looked again it moved. I then realized that the 9mm laser bore ever so slightly moves in the barrel once I closed my slide to sight in the laser. I have a Holosun SCS optics on my Sig so I was trying to zero it in. I then bought another one because I thought it was a one off production problem but yet again the same problem. I purchased another brand green laser bore sight and its solid and theres no movement and now I can truly get my sight optics zeroed in. It’s too bad, it seemed to get good reviews, I just wonder how many people actually notice the movement. It’s not a lot but enough to significantly throw the sight off. I can wiggle my Sig and hear it shifting around, and if it does that you will not get your sight zeroed in.

I feel like any negative reviews are based on unrealistic expectations. These bore sights are not a “magical” zeroing tool, they’re just a tool. If used as such they make sighting in a lot quicker and easier. This will get you on the paper but you will ALWAYS need to fine tune and adjust to achieve a proper zero. Build quality is solid and green laser is very bright even outdoors in the day time.

the laser light was not as accurate as I had expected. It was off center by about14 inches in elevation and windage each at 25 yds. Not sure if this is an acceptable error or not, but I was expecting better. I edited this review as I did the math and realized, that a 2 3/4" long shell only needed to be out of alignment 1/32 of an inch. With the typical slop/looseness in a shotgun chamber-that is probably not out of line with real conditions. So put up an appropriate sized paper target.. ie; 3 feet square at 25 yds to get you on paper and remember that a 1/4 minute click on your scope is 1/4 of that at 25 yards, so to move your point of impact 1" you need to dial 4x4 or 16 x 1/4 moa scope clicks

This is a great product for all of my short barreled 9mm firearms!! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to bore sight in their firearms or just verify that they have not lost their aim from moving!! As for the 223 version of this product it did not work as well the beam was effected by the rifling of the and made it come out a crescent moon shape which was not usable.

Feyachi makes good bore sights at a reasonable price, they give you a little fold out paper on how to install batteries, and they give you 2-3 sets of batteries and a hard case to save for whenever you need to use the bore sight again. I have 2 different ones right now, and if I need another one, I will buy it from Feyachi.

This is awesome. Sends a green laser beam right down the shotgun barrel and seems to be very accurate. It is a great tool for learning to shoulder and mount the gun for home practice. After 2 years of trying to learn to shoot with both eyes open, this laser beam showed me that now, finally, my gun is in fact pointing almost exactly where my eyes are looking. Great confidence builder.Properly utilized, this could also be used to help adjust gun fit. Once you shoulder and mount the gun, the laser beam will tell you how your barrel lines up with your eyes and your sights. Adjust fit as desired. It is not great in very bright like, but I did not expect it would be.Green laser is better than red laser.I just order the 9mm version to practice my draw and intuitive aim with my Sig.BTW: Some have complained that there is no "on-off" switch and that the batteries have to be removed to turn off the laser. Solution: just unscrew the cap 1/2 way. The laser will disengage and the batteries can stay in the shell.

So I put this into a boom stick and adjusted the red dot to be perfect at 30yards. Then opened breach turned the laser 180° , closed breach still was perfect, opened breach again ,turned laser , still perfect. Then I took it out and put into a different boom stick that already had a red dot sighted and tested on targets out to 30 yards . It was 99% on the dot ! I bought the green one to contrast the red dot optics.

Seriously folks, I am a believer in "paying it forward", so when I purchase a product that exceeds my expectations, I will go out of my way to let the world know. This is how as consumers we reward the manufacturers. The opposite is also true. This laser Bore Sight was literally Spot On collimated and axially aligned to its housing, thus, rendering a super precise (centered) laser beam. I checked it by clocking it within my bore in 12 locations - no deviation whatsoever - impressive for the price. Even if it were to be off, there are intuitive methods to compensate for that. Such a method is to "clock" or make incremental marks where the laser goes as you incrementally rotate the laser clockwise (use at least 8 points). When done, your exact point of interest to base your sighting will be the center of those incremental marks. Use a pen/marker to kee track. Just make sure your firearm does not move during this process. I did not have to do this as mine was literally perfect at 75 feet.

I like everything about this. Seems accurate and on point. Ignore the reviews about the laser moving around if you spin it in the chamber, after all, its a 12 guage.. if you want pin point accuracy, don't buy a 12 Guage lol. It worked great for me though. My only complaint is that it doesn't have an on/off switch. Its not that bad considering how much you'll probably use the thing tho. You sight in your gun and put it away until your next 12 Guage needs to be sighted or if you wanna re sight it. Laser is very bright and can see it at 100 yards in daylight. Would recommend. Well built. Very sturdy
