My 7 yo has recently started fencing with foil. This is a great beginning sword. It is blue unlike the photo but that didn’t matter to us. It came with a fabric pouch which is nice. My son uses it during his classes and we haven’t had any issues. Great for the price. Wish it qualified for free shipping though.

Ordered two of these. Image is red. Of course you get blue. Maybe I’m just color blind. Build quality seems okay. Listings need more in depth descriptions of the actual product you will receive.

I got this sword for christmas and i freaked out! You can't bend it with your hands but if you push it against something it will bend....ALOT. You got to be careful with this sword so that you don't snap it in half. But anyways........GET THE SWORD! I purchased two of these for practice, one for me and one for my nephew, his quit after it's second use, mine is still working but the wiring is crummy, difficult to repair and the connection is dreadful. It is difficult to connect, difficult to unconnect and is loose.
