A great foil! Very lightweight! Comes with a blunted, metal tip for adding an electric button, but a standard rubber foil tip fits over it. The orthopedic grip is comfortable, especially for someone who’s had an arm injury. I’m incredibly pleased with this foil.

I ordered this as a replacement for a foil I got previously fulfilled by Amazon- the other one had a mishmash of parts and no safety button. This one was intact and all of the pieces went together, but it does not look like the picture. At all. Red felt, bare aluminum handle. I have come to expect this with Physical Chess though, so I knew that was going to happen. This foil did arrive faster than another item I ordered, which was fulfilled by Amazon, which has yet to arrive. Overall, it's a fine foil for the price, and it arrived quickly.

I do wish it was the color pictured though. It is actually a medium blue insted of the pale blue int he photo. Does the job.
