The item itself doesn't really get that tall but you can add an attachment to add more height to it. It's very easy to set up and fits wider phones. You can use it with your phone case still on it. The lights that come with it help increase video quality. I love the fact that it's portable, and comes with it's little bag so nothing gets lost.

I spent over 2 hours trying to figure out what everything was for and then testing it to see if it works.What held me back was the understanding of the instruction strip. The text was small and the font color was gray and not black so it was hard to see. I had to read it a few times while testing. I feel that the instructions should have been written with more complete illustrations not just the basics of what the parts are. For instance: the instruction said to hold had opened to pause and an "ok" sign to continue the tracking. The problem is the indicator light was blinking all the time so I still need a whole lot more time to figure this thing out.The bluetooth connection took a while to connect to my phone. It was supposed to be quickly but it was not really. It could have been my phone that made it slow or my lack of knowledge of how to use this. I do not know at this moment. I am taking the next few weeks to figure it all out.The two small round lights that attach to the side of the phone clip have to be recharged separately as well as the tracking system. They each have their own switch on and light changes so one light can be the bright blue light and the other can be the amber light.I did get it to work a little bit. I took a couple photos and a couple videos. It did track me as I moved when taking a video and while trying to set it up.The tripod is made of strong plastic. The legs expand to 18" wide, left to right legs of each set of legs. This took up 18 square inches of desk space. Pretty big. Then I read that it can expand to 70 inches tall and knew why it had to be 18 sq. in.Because the material and design of the tripod I feel are good and sturdy and I did get it to work a bit, I can recommend this for others as I am the one that needs more education on this.

This extendable auto face-tracking tripod is amazing! The 360° rotation and motion sensor work seamlessly without needing an app. The added light is a great touch, and gesture control makes vlogging effortless. Sturdy, versatile, and extends to 70.8". Highly recommend for creators

Got this for my son for Christmas- it’s going to be the perfect gift for him - he does a lot of videos and recording and this will be a nice tripod for him to work with - it’s light weight is versatile and love the 360 feature face tracking - great tool and additional feature to have when recording - especially vlogging on your own

I was REALLY looking forward to receiving this so I could play with the Auto Face Tracking feature. They seem to have done a nice job with the mechanical aspects of this device. One of THE BEST features is the Tripod Height - nearly 71" which is AWESOME for me since I'm 6'5" tall and most tripods (which are shorter) don't "look me in the eye" but rather position the camera very rudely to look up my nose!BUT the manual, while the English isn't horrible, is missing key pieces of information like where to get the app. There are QR codes for iPhones and Android, but they are labeled as Video Tutorials! There are 2 LED lights that are included in the box with no diagram / image / photo of how to attach them to anything!I WANT to give this at least 3 stars, but the minimalist manual with missing information brings it back down to 2 stars.ATTENTION Manufacturers: You've invested huge sums of money making a great product then you destroy all of that work with a horrible and incomplete manual. Invest just one more dollar to include a GOOD Manual that does a COMPLETE JOB of describing your product, your software, where to get it, and how to use the SOFTWARE AND THE HARDWARE TOGETHER! If not, you're just throwing away your ENTIRE investment because it won't sell, and dissatisfied buyers will be returning it!
