Honestly, I really like this selfie stick with tripod. My son has used it for a remote piano lesson one day when his Chromebook was glitching and couldn't get into Skype. I set it up next to his piano using my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra which measures 6.43 x 3.07 x 0.35 inches. I did have to take my case off as it's a fold over type of case. It made me a little nervous but the tripod held it up well (especially since I didn't have the telescoping part out all of the way). You can rotate as well as move the phone back and forth then lock it into place on this tripod which is definitely convenient. Although, I would suggest not to lean the phone too far forward while on this tripod as the legs aren't long enough on the tripod to support that and it will likely topple over (unless you don't have the telescoping part pulled out at all and it's at the shortest setting). I do wish it could telescope a little more to make it taller. That way, when I recorded my son's presentation this past weekend, I could have placed it on the floor and got a direct shot of him. Do to the shorter size of the telescoping feature, I had to find a table to put this tripod on to get a non-obstructed recording of him. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me at the time, due to the placement of that table, I ended up recording mostly his back and profile during his public presentation. If this telescopic out further, this could have been avoided. However, with that being said, I still highly recommend this tripod due to it's low price (its even cheaper on sale right now), portability, sturdiness (level 8 out of 10) and convenience. It's also very compact when folded up and lightweight enough to through in my purse.

Perfect selfie stick! It’s easy to use! Easy to pair and it’s sturdy! I’m a little behind the times and I needed a selfie stick! I’m disappointed it’s not rechargeable and takes button cells! I really dislike things that take button cells. They are a pain to find and replace. Great otherwise!

This is ok as a selfie stick, but I can't get the bluetooth to work, so not fully functional.

The selfie stick itself works great. There is a small remote attached to the base that can be easily detached. It’s easy to pair the remote to your phone and once paired, it works great. The clamp for holding the phone is tight and I did not have to take my “wallet case” off my phone in order for it to fit in the clamp which is nice. The Tripod base is handy If you want to set it on a table for taking a group picture. It does not expand to a very tall height, so may not be tall enough to sit on the floor as a tripod for pictures. I didn’t rate this a five because it took me several minutes to figure out how to make it into a tripod base and extend the pole. The directions are very minimal. There’s nothing complicated with it. Just took a few minutes to figure it all out. Overall a great selfie stick.

I like this selfie stick. Easily holds my Samsung S24 Plus. The stick extends about 2 feet which is a good length for doing self videos and pictures. It has a built in tripod which comes in really handy. I like to make how to videos of car repairs. The tripod is helpful when working on tires, suspension and brakes. It sits on the garage floor and is a nice height for those videos. It's fairly stable on my smooth garage floor but the base is small so it wouldn't trust the stability on grass, dirt or gravel surfaces. It folds up really small so it's easy to transport. Heck, it fits in my back pocket. It comes with a remote for starting and stopping recording or take pictures. It's Bluetooth and was easy to connect. I'm super happy with this.

TLDR: If you're looking for a simple, no muss no fuss selfie stick to use by hand, this will do the trick. It you're looking for standing, extended tripod usage, you'll likely find it difficult to support a bulky smartphone. Although at a $10 price tag I think it's a good starter item or to have easily on hand.I initially wanted this item so I could have my phone supported for videos or photos on a table. This definitely does that well. I haven't gone on a trip yet, but I will have this in my bag when we travel. Using a selfie stick may seem a decade ago, but I know it will come in handy for achieving photos of us with the background in it.The telescopic part of the item is a bit of a hit or miss. It works, but it feels awkward pulling it out. Then if you have a chunky smart phone like me (Google Pixel 6 Pro) you have to be incredibly mindful of how you angle the phone or you'll tip the tripod over. The less height you try to achieve, the more stable your phone will be.Where you put the phone with the clips and bar that retracts, it is really inconvenient with a wide phone. I most likely will try putting a mag ring on it, instead of fiddling with it each time. It also is inconvenient if your phone has side buttons for volume or power. Especially if they're exactly in the middle where you need your phone supported.The Bluetooth remote is incredibly convenient. I think it's my favorite part overall. It sits in the base where the tripod legs are and is easily removable. It connected easily and quickly to my phone. The shutter button worked successfully each time.
