Cuts through countertops well

My first effort to drill through a Granite Countertop was without issue with use of this DT-DIATOOL Diamond Core Drill Bits Kit - product. Note... I placed Plumbers Putty at a 1/4" height surrounding the marked out area to be drilled leaving 1/2" spacing to the intended hole to be drilled so to hold water that was poured into the area. This kept the bit cool as well as dust down to a minimum. Also, took some caution to stop every 30 seconds or so to ensure bit temperature remained cool and clean to continue. Installed a new extreme ionizer for alkaline and hydrogen water as well as a MOEN Soap Dispenser.
