Worked great had to enlarge hole in granite counter for new faucet. Made a lot of dust but did the job. Easy to use.

For Christmas I promised my wife I would install upscale faucets in the Kitchen but found that nothing would be easy when the existing mounting holes in the 1” thick granite counter tops were not large enough to accommodate the new fixtures. I researched on YouTube how to enlarge the holes, which led me to this ZUANSHENTOOL diamond finger bit. Although I am a Vine Member, this purchase was on my dime. The 20mm diamond finger bit screwed onto the spindle of my angle grinder and the tool is rated to run at the 12,000 RPM of grinder. The bit worked great and enlarged the hole in no time at all and still looks like new. Clearly a homeowner probably won't need this kind of tool very often, but it is good to know that I have a ready solution if I ever need to machine something very hard.I had initially tried to use a low-cost diamond hole saw, that comes in a set, to cut the larger hole, but it literally completely wore out about one fourth of the way through. Don't do what I did and waste your time and money on the cheap stuff but save yourself some grief and go with what works from the onset.

The product arrived on time, and I put it to work immediately to enlarge the center hole of a perfect yet older porcelain American Standard bathroom sink. I was installing an updated Grohe single lever faucet whose diameter was slightly larger than the original. The bit easily attached to my battery powered grinder and I only needed a few minutes to increase the center hole diameter by 1/8 inch. Highly recommended.

Great little bit. Easy to attach to my angle grinder, didn't come loose until I wanted it to, which was non-problematic.Used it to expand the holes in 2 porcelain sinks for some new faucets, they were a little under 1in across and I needed 1.25in.These made fast work of the job without undue mess (there will always be dust released by this, even if you use it wet, wear at least an n95 mask) or difficulty. Only took a few minutes per hole. All said, great bang for the buck, more than adequate for small homeowner jobs.

Used to widen a hole in a glass block. Worked good. Will be able to use on other materials.

I got this bevel bit to drill a couple of holes into a hobby project of mine. It tackled that without issue, but I do recognize that this bit isn't the highest quality, and if you tried to use it to drill some holes into kitchen countertops, I question how many it could do before becoming ineffective.

well I think it's harder than rock becasue it can just simply drill through anything. Suppose as hard as diamonds. Good value of diamond! haha. No kiddin, this is good stuff.
