Ordered two 4-packs for $72.15 each and the mics do not work after a week. Voice on receiving end is cracking. Sounds like a robot. Would like to contact the seller but unable to find the contact information.

Nice thick cord , but the head size is bulky. Sound coming out is clear. Mic is horrible and people say it comes out muffled when talking into these hand sets
