This product seemed like a really good quality product. The only issue was that it didn't work with my radios. Trying to find a headset that works with Walmart FRS radios is almost impossible.

It’s fit perfect for my application at work. It allowed me to hear what was coming over the radio will a lot of background noise. Had multiple in the pack so if some got damage due to work hazards I had plenty to use. It was a great price and product I recommend.

If you actually use surveillance earpieces, you realize they are consumable items. Motorola does not, and charges accordingly. I took a gamble, worst that can happen is I gift them to someone else. Nope, now I have dedicated earpieces on my various ballistic vests now. They work just fine, sonically are acceptable, volume (with appropriate device - if the device isn't very loud, these don't amplify) is acceptable, and construction is ok. They aren't milspec or aerospace grade, but for the price, they are PERFECT! Buy in bulk, and toss the (eventually) broken cable.

I think the product itself is very convenient. The sound quality is good for the price you pay for a twin pack. It's hard to beat the price. However, I purchased these mid October of 2018. One of the earpieces only held up for two and a half months. I thought, oh well, that's why they provide a twin pack. I'll just use the other earpiece, but no. The other earpiece was busted right out of the sealed bag. I believe it is a problem with the speaker. As previously mentioned by another verified purchaser, the earpiece sounds as if it is super low volume or distorted. I cleaned all the connections and checked for blockages. This product either doesn't last, or I just got a bad batch. I'll wait to see if the seller has faith in his product by whether he sends me a new pair. I can't continue to purchase these on a monthly basis. That would not make sense.

I have only used this product for one day on the job, but I am impressed so far. This isn't high-end quality, but it is a good value. Even if it breaks in a few months, it shipped with two so I'll have a spare ready to go. I'll buy again.
