Shipping was really fast. Product is as advertised. The clarity of the earpiece is remarkable. I just wish it would connect to other BT headsets

It can not connect to both your phone and the radio at the same time, which the old version could, even though the description says that it can. I like that is doesn't have the large back part like the old one did, but not being able to simultaneously connect to both the phone and radio were a major selling point for me.

I like the ease of it not having to have cords coming down from my ear BUT the o my thing I really dislike about it is that it hurts the outside of my ear after about 4 hours of use.Sound is superb performance is excellent

After the first few weeks of use the PTT button stopped working and the more I use it the less charge it holds I can barely get a couple hours out of it.
