I have purchased these City Bonfires multiple times over the last two years. They are amazing and perform exactly as described. We took them vacation and put it on patio table and had s'mores. When you're done, just slide the top the base and that's it! So easy and simple. I bought these as holiday gifts for friends and they loved them as well. Great product! Recommended!

This is a great personal marshmallow roaster. Loved it. I love roasting marshmallows. It reminds me of doing this when I was a little girl. Brought back lots of memories. I gifted a kit to my boss & his family loved it. Great buy!!!

I had family coming to visit, and wanted to be able to make s'mores. But we do not have a fire pit, and I did not want to invest in one just to use it ONE time.I looked at a lot of electric options, but that wasn't what I wanted. I'm one of those weirdos who likes to catch my marshmallow on fire, then blow it out. An electric option wasn't going to do that.I saw these and decided to give it a try.They are PERFECT! A nice little flame for toasting marshmallows, without all the mess and extra work. Just light it, let it get going for a couple minutes, toast your marshmallows, then put the lid on to put it out.Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy.....And I LOVE that they are made in the USA.I HIGHLY recommend!!!

One of the little league moms mentioned “when it gets cold we should make s’mores”.Bet.Searched far and wide for a portable s’mores station. There was an electric one but practices are outside. A fire pit would be too big. Then I found this product that looks like a sterno. I was t sure how well it would work but it worked well enough.Lighting wasn’t too hard though one wick didn’t light until it had been lit for a while. Roasting marshmallows was OK. If you are the burn and blow type, then this is fine. If you aim for a golden brown, I don’t think this will get it done. The fire isn’t really strong enough to roast it in the time. I think it took a few minutes for some kids to get marshmallows roasted to their liking without burning. I cannot imagine roasting a hot dog.The ambiance from this was pretty cool, it lets out some heat but you have to be really close to feel it at all, so I wouldn’t count on this as a heat source.Overall the team loved it and it was a cool idea. It was really the best option for something quick and portable (put it on a small piece of plywood on a picnic table). I do agree with other reviewers that it’s quite expensive per unit.
