The flames are way to high it keeps setting off my smoke detectors. I added coals to it. May need smaller one .

After using the fire pit for esthetics as well as an entertainment aspect (we entertained several guests with 'indoor' campfire 'Smores), it's been a great addition to our home party planning. Fantastic for porch or indoor. No dark residue it you use the ethonal. It burns about 2 hrs but immeditely is a full flanme

I love this firepit. It was very to setup and start using. Our home doesn’t have a fireplace. This tabletop is perfect and makes the room so comfortable. The flame is so relaxing and adds to the spirit of Christmas.

It makes for a really cozy atmosphere, but it takes about 16 oz of alcohol to fill it, and then it only burns for about a half hour

Filled as directed with recommend oil and amount covering the pad, fire lasted 5 minutes, then filled with 1” oil and lasted 7 minutes. Ridiculously not useful. Waited too long to return…..wasted $59.
