I got this to replace the original vent in our Rv, it was easy to install, and we love it, generates a good air flow, and also works as a extractor when cooking something inside because of the weather outside.

Everything looked great before I turned it on. At 10% the fan is pretty noisy. My maxxfan and the 2012 fan on low are nearly silent. That said, I've had issues with electrical rusting on my maxxfan, and I had the hinge break on my 2012 fan.I wonder if there is a way to limit power on this fan to reduce noise... I'll edit if I find it.

Easy to install and moves a lot of air. It could be quieter ,but it's a fan. We will see how it works in the rain.

Installing this fan has been a game changer for our camper. It allows so much more air to flow through than what we had before.The install was easy, but time consuming as the removal of the old unit was the hardest part.The fan has the ability to pull in air, or push it out, and it has variable speeds for each.This was a wonderful low cost upgrade for us.

I am pretty happy with this fan vent. Construction is solid, it is fairly quiet and a big upgrade from loud stock fan. I am learning to love the unique feature where you can leave it on low while closed. I do this while in transit on hot days to keep it a bit more cool. Install is typical for this type item, you will need to work with the roof membrane and reseal correction.

Works well, easy to install. I installed this on the wall of a cargo trailer. No leaks. The only con of this is no template included. I know it’s mainly to replace one of its size where the opening is already there, but this was a new installation.
