What's not to like? Unscrew your controller, gently pry it open, remove the bottom cap, change the battery out, and reassemble.

I bought in new in package PS Move Nav on eBay. Since these were released over a decade ago, the battery was comoletely dead and would not charge. This battery brought it back to life without issue.I'd recommend watching a video before changing the battery. It is not difficult, but I ended up fully disassembling the controller and it was a bit of a pain to resemble. It is not necessary to fully disassemble to access the battery connection, you just need to remove the 4 screws holding the back cover, remove the battery to one side, maybe remove the bottom cap around the charge port, and remove the 1 screw holding the battery tray. You do not need to remove any other internal screws other than the one holding battery tray to motherboard to disconnect the battery.
