This battery was unable to fit in my PSP-3000 due to some large plastic parts left on the top and bottom. It made it so the battery cover couldn't be secured. I ended up shaving these off with a knife and it was still a bit too thick and couldn't provide consistent power. It even popped off my battery cover at one point. There's really no way to recommend this battery for a PSP-3000.

Replaced my old 1200mah psp 2000 battery with this one, so far on a full charge it’s lasted my a couple hours of gameplay which is way better then my old battery on a full charge.
