Received a broken part and customer service shipped me a replacement right away. Product is great. The additional piece that pushed away from the railing and levels is amazing. A must buyA little difficult to understand how to put them together but once you get one, the rest are easy

These planter brackets are not pretty, but boy are they rugged! They fit my porch railing perfectly ( with some adjusting of course) Be aware you will get a lot of screws and such, but some of them are for attaching to walls of a house. Assembly was easy and I'm very pleased.

I had a difficult time finding a bracket that was wide enough for our wall and this product worked perfectly. It comes with plenty of hardware and the bracket is very sturdy.

It is heavy duty so that is why it got three stars. It takes time to put together and we were missing a part E. I emailed the manufacture and have not received a reply.

Our front porch railings are made with rough-cut lumber, therefore slightly larger than the nominal size of lumber typically used. Traditional window box brackets do not fit, as a result. These brackets were the answer to our dilemma, and work perfectly for our needs! We also mount our window boxes on the lower rail and have a spacing issue due to the cross pieces, so having 2 separate brackets allowed us to position them exactly where we need them.
