My ceiling fan remote just stopped working one day. Ordered replacement which arrived in a timely manner. However there was no battery in remote which of course needed a specialty batter. There also were no instructions at all just a sticker on back of remote to go to website or call for support. How about some elbow grease to the keyboard to type out simple instructions.
