I purchased these GFCI recepticals to upgrade the existing forty year old ones on our house. We started to have problems with the existing ones and decided to change them all for safety issues. They were very easy to install. Their quality build is very good. The value for the money is very good as well. We purchased this brand from a friends recommendation. Would purchase again.

Price is right and slim design is an improvement. The outdoor outlets on our house aren't GFCI outlets, and neither are the outlets on some other houses I help maintain, so I have a portable pigtail GFCI outlet for electric tools that I can take with me for my own safety. When the old outlet died, this one dropped right in, and due to it's slim design was much easier to install than the old one. Now I'm back to being safe with outdoor electric tools again. Well worth the price!
