I am not sure why but I could not get this to work. The reset button did not seem to stick. I went and bought one at Lowes.

I bought a house that is 4 years old. I didn't have a clue that GFI outlets needed to be replaced routinely. Once I moved in, I had a couple of outlets that kept tripping the GFI breaker, so I bought this set. I have several GFI plug-ins and figured I'd just replace them all so I didn't have to wait for the old ones to fail one at a time.So far, the ones I have replaced seem to be working well, and I'm pleased with the savings I got by not buying them two at a time.I'll have a couple extra by the time I'm done, but I don't mind having something in reserve for the future.
