Bought these for our screen porch on back of our house leading to our pool for shade and rain protection. We have them mounted from top to bottom covering screen. Left these in place for Hurricane Milton to protect from rain. These things held up to the winds with no damage to them! And, we took a direct hit!

1. Measure carefully & buy mounting hardware (turnbuckle & hooks) in pic2. Decide what kind of shape you need: Triangle, right triangle or rectangle3. Material has some give but s/be tight once installed, if too loose, the motion could cause damage. Too tight and the material could be stressed.4. It definitely blocks UV Rays and cuts the heat so leave some light so pool can be warmed5. Consider in which direction the sun shines when it is hottestProduct lists a 5 Year Warranty so I look forward to good shade for years to come
