This Sun Shade Sail Canopy Awning has been so useful for us on hot summer days. It keeps out patio cooler so we can spend more time outside with out being totally uncomfortable in the heat, The plants love it too. It lets enough light through for the plants to arrive and yet protects the plants from the sun so they do not burn and die out. This Canopy is worth the purchase. IMO

I've used these shades before and they're so good I'm replacing shades with them. Easy to install and lasts for years. Believe the New Mexico sun eats lower quality for lunch.

Similar to other reviewers, I purchased the sail shade cloth to cover my patio cover. Now I don't have the slices of sunlight coming through, but I still have light. I didn't want the complete shade that a covered patio would have had, but I realized I needed something more. This provided the perfect solution. I've used triangular sail cloths before, and they are a great solution when you need shade.

We put 2x4 frame to support the sail to create a small pitch to aid runoff. This worked very well.
