Our 7 year old started lessons and these are perfect. She feels stable and they are pretty. Go with the child’s shoe size or one size bigger as we found we went a size bigger to get their foot to fit.

My daughter has used this Boot Ice Skates for several months and she like it so much. It fits her feet well. The blade touches the ice, it is better to remove the ice from the blade after training. We forget to do it in beginning, but it seems that it has no effect on the blade as no rust is observed.

Terrible, do not buy. My daughter wore it two times and already, two teachers told her these are no good and that she needs to buy new ones. These do not give her any support on the ankles since they are too soft. I made a big mistake. They look cute though.

Nice pair of starter skates! The boots were not flimsy as some other brands, and provided adequate ankle support for a beginner. The skates arrived sharpened, even came with small blade guards....an added bonus! My 8 year old daughter loved these skates. As a former competitive figure skater myself, I found these skates to be a good choice for a casual, beginner skater. If your child decides to take weekly lessons and considers competition, you will want to consider a more professional boot/skate. But again, this boot is a nice alternative to the unsharpened, dull, rental skates often provided at ice rinks.

Good quality skates for the right price. What I love about these skates is the cushioning inside the boot and stability the boot offers. I will buy these boots again when my daughter grows out of them.

They are perfect! My daughter absolutely loves her ice skates! The fit is great as well. She's normally a 12-13 so I bought a 13 and they fit well with a little room for growth. Shipping was reasonable, they arrived the day they were supposed to. Only issue is the length of the shoe strings, they are incredibly long. Gotta find some shorter laces since she hates having the extra length wrapped around.

I love these ice skates. I bought them for my six year old daughter and they fit perfectly. I did as the others suggested and got a size bigger. They look even better in person. I didn't have to worry about getting the blades sharpened or anything. They were ready to use right out the box. Great quality at a value price.
